The following companies have nondiscrimination policies that
specifically include gender identity, gender expression, or other
wording that protects transgendered employees. Where possible
the policies have been described or quoted. The main link for
each company takes you to their main page. The "Search for

for applying.

- In August 2001 AMR/American Airlines amended both its written

"Gender Identity," which basically pertains to transgender
employees. American's written non-discrimination policy now includes
age, race, sex, gender, gender identity, color, religion, national
origin, sexual orientation, citizenship status, disability, Vietnam-era
or disabled veteran status or other protected classification.
